How long will it take for my order to ship?
All JMELOELLIS shoes are made to order. Once your purchase is placed, it will take approximately 5–6 weeks for your handcrafted pair to be completed and delivered.
Are all shoes handmade?
Yes. Every pair is handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring unique quality, precision, and the luxury feel that defines JMELOELLIS.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since each pair is custom-made, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects. If an exchange is needed for sizing, please contact us within 7 - 10 days of receiving your order
